Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Perform high-quality work on all assigned repair orders, adhering to dealership standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and repair complex issues.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Provide detailed estimates and updates to customers, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications and guidelines when executing repairs under warranty.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably with ASE certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on mechanical or technical studies.
- B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer competencies, including proficiency in diagnostic software.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
