We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North America TA Team. The ideal candidate has high energy and likes to be busy bringing substantive experience in high-volume sales and strategic recruiting.

What You’ll Be Doing
Scheduling kick-off calls for new positions to understand the requirements and to define the recruitment strategy for the role. You will be armed with market data, so you can tell a story and highlight possible challenges in advance. You’ll help your Hiring Managers improve and update their job postings, so they are shorter and written in a conversational tone. We strive to provide candidates from different backgrounds, so we want to make sure our postings are appealing for all. You’ll have weekly update calls with your hiring managers to share feedback and to adjust recruiting strategy as necessary. Then, you’ll work your magic sourcing and messaging passive candidates while simultaneously working with applicants via our ATS. You’ll schedule interviews, collect feedback, make offers and close candidates.
To Be Successful in this Role, You’ll Need…
- 5 years of recruiting experience required, with at least 2 of those years recruiting for sales teams ideally in a full-lifecycle capacity. We are looking for someone that has recruited roles like : Account Executive, Customer Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Sales Development Rep, Business Development Rep, etc. If you’ve recruited for a growing software company that’s even better.
- To have a strong sourcing game. You embrace Boolean logic, and you’ve worked with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to find candidates.
- A customer-first mentality, you are highly responsive to the needs of your candidates and your hiring managers.
- Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
- Extra bonus points if you like to write and get excited about upscaling job postings and creating thoughtful and engaging candidate messaging.
