We are a growing small online business offering various auto parts products. We are looking to hire an outstanding customer service rep to help our awesome customers. We need detail-oriented, multi-tasker, who are organized, and able to learn and adapt quickly. We will fully train you, however, you must enjoy working at a fast pace and constantly changing environment.
Our office hours are M-F, 10:00 am -6:00 pm. Working hours can be flexible and discussed. Proficient in English and Chinese (Required)
Job duties and responsibilities
Customer Service
· Assist customers with messages and emails, such as product inquiries, new order requests, and troubleshooting problems, etc, replying as appropriate and in a timely manner.
· Communicate with customers and answer questions via eBay messages, emails, or phone.
· Assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient manner while resolving conflicts in a win-win situation, where the outcome is good for the customer and the company.
Qualifications:
- Driving sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Own brand integrity online, monitoring and enforcing policies across retailers
- Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy to improve website performance
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to be a trusted business advisor to accounts
Customer Service:

Qualifications:
- Proficient English and Chinese (Required)
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce roles.
- Relentless customer advocate, experienced in finding solutions to improve relationships and drive growth.
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
- Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability.
- Proficient and had hands-on experience with Shopify, eBay, Google Ads.
- Ability to change strategies and rethink conventional wisdom at any time.
- Track records of delivery results in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Startup or entrepreneurship experience, optimistic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns and fulfill marketing needs
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments, improve/eliminate chargebacks.
- Own items sell-in and throughout product life cycle (item setup, sell-through, forecasting, in-stock, pricing)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient English and Chinese (Required)
- Understanding of auto parts or strong interest in motorsports and JDM cars.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service or e-commerce roles
- Experience with eBay, Shopify, or other social media platforms.
- Familiar with computer design programs like( Adobe Photoshop / Figma /UI design /UX design)
