Telemarketer

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote and sell technology products
- Use sales techniques to engage customers and generate interest in the product
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive business development
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales and software products is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
