General Purpose
The Warehouse Associate handles duties and responsibilities relating to warehouse functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Follow Warehouse Management System processes for outbound sales shipments. Including processing sales contracts in SAP, picking, packing and shipping.
Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory levels and communicate errors / issues to supervisor for review.
Responsible for transferring inventory to and from our various locations and tracking inbound and outbound shipments. Process all inventory transfers in SAP.
Maintain warehouse equipment by performing routine checks to ensure it is safe and in good working order.
Complete tests on tensioning equipment and Calibration of Manual Wrenches to ensure they are operating within standards, and complete required documentation in Resolv and Hy-Cal systems.
Backup for Rental / Demo including outbound and inbound processes in SAP and shipments.
Assist in answering incoming calls or emails from customers or sales team.
Greet customers, area managers and territory managers for in-house equipment pick-up, and assist with equipment inquiries.
Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changes within the organization.
Maintain cleanliness and organization standards for warehouse and office.
Work with Branch Manager to maintain and institute corporate practices and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Required
Two years of prior office / warehouse and customer service experience preferred.
Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
Computer Skills Necessary
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excel skills are a plus
Physical Demands / Requirements
Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs.
Ability to perform work with prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
