What’s the Job?

Duties

As a Warehouse Selector, you'll be responsible for using an electric pallet jack to pick/create orders and help get goods to the right place in the warehouse. Your key duties include:

• Fulfilling customer orders as quickly, accurately, and safely as possible.
• Palletizing orders, shrink-wrapping them, and placing them in the assigned locations.
• Builds stable pallets for delivery.
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday), with a 9:00 AM start time.
• Overtime is mandatory when needed, offering additional earning potential!
  
  

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to consistently lift objects from 20 to 60 lbs.
• Ability to push, reach, pull, and grip.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail.
  
  

What You’ll Do, Job Responsibilities

• Identify pick locations and accurately pick items for orders.
• Inspect and ensure all equipment is safe to use.
• Safely handle and prepare items for shipment, shrink wrapping, and labeling orders.
• Report any safety issues to supervisors immediately and help maintain a clean work area.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
