Purpose
Responsible for invoicing and batching to support Shipping and Receiving. Performs data entry, evaluate accuracy of invoices (such as purchase order discrepancies), batch invoices and orders, completes warehouse paperwork, checks in drivers, and coordinates departure schedules.

Essential Functions
- Coordinates check-in of inbound drivers and processes paperwork.
- Handles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receiving.
- Prints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receiving.
- Distributes daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices to Selectors and Receivers.
- Performs repack quality audits for shipping.
- Tracks and files orders in the computer system.
- Performs miscellaneous clerical duties such as running computer reports, filing, maintaining computer spreadsheets, copying and routes incoming calls to appropriate area.
- Maintains a clean, shared workspace.
- Performs all relevant duties as required.
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
- Warehouse/Operations/Transportation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systems
- Understands procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook and 10-key
- Excellent communication/decision-making skills
