As a Customer Service Manager, you will plan and manage front-end functions to promote sales, achieve profit margins and labor goals, ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and a safe and positive working environment for associates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates.
- Develop effective daily/weekly work plan based on sales projections, budgeted labor goals and previous operating results.
- Supervise the front-end and service center functions to ensure positive customer relations and accurate, prompt checkout.
- Monitor tracking and performance reports and take appropriate action.
- Supervise department safety and sanitation programs.
- Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality.
- Supervise entire store as Manager on Duty as needed.
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
- Judgement/decision making, social skills and verbal interaction.
- Memorization, reading, writing and math.
- Lifting/carrying up to 50lbs
- Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom).
- Walking and standing for up to entire shift.
- Open availability including evenings and weekends.
