Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize HeavyBid software for budgeting and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on the construction site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.
- Experience in construction management practices, including contract negotiation and compliance.
- Familiarity with computer software
- Excellent blueprint reading skills and ability to understand technical schematics.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
