Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive various projects to successful completion. Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct requirements analysis to gather and document project needs from stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools such as Primavera and Basecamp for scheduling, tracking progress, and managing resources.
- Oversee data collection processes to inform decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage requirements throughout the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources for projects.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Utilize VersionOne for agile project management practices when applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Bluebeam
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
