Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistantwill play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the office. This role requires strong computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, reception duties, document scanning, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Reception Duties: Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage the reception area.
- Document Management: Assist with scanning, organizing, and filing documents both electronically and in physical files. Maintain accurate records and manage file retrieval.
- Office Support: Assist with ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Draft and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
- Meeting Support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking notes, and organizing schedules.
- General Administration: Support various administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Skills:
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
