HVAC Project Manager - Mechanical - Somerset, NJ

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team to help manage retrofit / renovation mechanical projects.
Responsibilities :
- Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
- Devise project work plans and make revisions as needed.
- Monitor the progress of project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all subcontractors.
- Maintain adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Material procurement and takeoffs.
- Processing of Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders.
- Handling of Close Out documents.
- Attend project coordination meetings.
- Involved with all phases of projects from bidding to proposals to punch lists.
