Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a team member / barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of Milk tea and tea
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Follow company policies and procedures for food safety and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed. ( Cutting meat and using deep fryer)
- Clear tables and clean dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
