A 12-month rotational program with a tailored development plan

Workplace: Europe (1-3 locations in the first year; entities in different countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Austria, The Nordics, The Netherlands; final placement in Poland)

Through this one-year fast-track management program, highly motivated graduates can discover the diversity of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group and its approach to commercial real estate operations. With 3 assignments in different teams and great international exposure, the program is tailored to push you out of your comfort zone and empower you to develop yourself to become a future leader.

Scope of duties – what makes the program unique?

• You have a unique entry point and 3 assignments in core business functions throughout the year, namely Investment (Asset) Management, Development, Performance Management, Leasing, Marketing or Shopping Center Management
• You get a chance to lead exciting projects, grow your talent and acquire new skills while receiving personalized career guidance from managers and your mentor
• You have high ownership and you are immediately entrusted with a high level of responsibility while working on business topics from Day 1
• You regularly meet, debate and present your ideas to the top executives and the Board of Directors
• You enjoy the numerous learning opportunities

As part of the recruitment process, we may conduct tests (e. g. in terms of knowledge of the declared foreign languages). These tests are designed to check whether you have the skills you need to work in the position you are applying for.

We will keep your personal data until the end of the recruitment process for the position which you are applying for, but no longer than 6 months. With your additional consent, we may keep your personal data for a longer period of time.

We may transfer your personal data to our third party service providers to whom we outsource personal data processing services, such as IT service providers, as well as to other Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group affiliates. Such entities process the data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. Therefore, in justified cases, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to entities established outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). You have the right to access, amend, delete or transfer your personal data and the right to request the restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent for processing at any time (if the consent is the basis for the processing), without prejudice to the validity of any processing carried out under the prior consent. Moreover, it is possible to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
