Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and ensures the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees.
Recruitment Essential Functions
§ Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
§ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
§ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job search locations and job boards.
§ Creating and refining onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
§ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
§ Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
§ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
§ Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
§ Communicate timely and clearly with various hiring managers the status of applicants in the recruitment process.
§ Support Executive Vice President in all matters related to recruitment and on-boarding.
Generalist Essential Functions
§ Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion letters, and disciplinary actions.
§ Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
§ Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
§ Creating employee engagement plans.
§ Administering compensation and benefit plans.
§ Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
§ Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards conscripted by authorities.
§ Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
§ Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
§ Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
§ Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
§ Undertake tasks around performance management.
§ Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
§ Organize 90 day and annual employee performance reviews.
§ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
§ Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
§ Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
§ Develop workflows in print and video format for future training.
§ Supporting Senior Executives with day-to-day responsibilities.
§ Prepare correspondences via email, MS Word and Adobe PDF.
§ Supporting all time management requirements for a complete payroll as requested.
Non-Essential Functions

Training, Education and Licensure:
§ Associate and/or Bachelor’s degree from accredited University in a HR related topic.
§ HR certification such as Professional (PHR), Senior Professional (SPHR) or Global Professional (GPHR) in Human Resources, preferred.
§ Three (3) to five (5) plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
§ Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
Travel
§ Will be travelling to all Unicare Community Health Center to clinic sites to work or attend meetings as needed.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
§ Pushing and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
§ Frequent wrist, hand and finger dexterity to perform fine motor function without tremor.
§ Full range of body motion including twisting body, pushing, and pulling.
§ Position requires light to moderate work with 25 lb. maximum weight to lift and carry.
§ Position requires reaching, sitting down for long periods of time, walking, bending, stooping, and handling objects with hands and/or fingers, talking and/or hearing, and seeing.
Work Schedule
§ You will generally be scheduled to work each day Monday through Friday, with starting times each day varying between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and ending time between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., as required to meet the operational needs of the company. There will be occasional Saturdays as needed.
§ You[PD1] will need to travel to other clinic locations as needed for cross coverage support.
