Job Summary

- Those with experience in customer service, retail, finance, real estate, mortgage, construction, collections, customer service and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when entering auto sales. Sales experience is not necessary to apply though!

- We provide the tools and training to make you successful and offer opportunities to grow within the company.

- Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
• Complete all required Honda training on new models.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries.
• Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
• Demo automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price (with the assistance of your Sales Manager), completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing, collect payment; deliver car to client at dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
