We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our day shift team. This role requires expertise in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our facilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Assist with office relocations, furniture assembly, and facility improvements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
