Responsibilities :
Material Management : Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials. Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage and adherence to safety guidelines.
Shipping and Receiving : Prepare outgoing shipments, packing items securely and verifying orders for accuracy. Receive incoming shipments, check for damages, and process items into inventory systems.
Inventory Control : Conduct regular inventory counts, update records, and track material usage to prevent shortages or excesses. Collaborate with the team to optimize inventory levels.
Operational Support : Collaborate with various departments to meet their material needs and support operational efficiency. Assist in resolving any discrepancies in shipments or materials.
Requirements :
Experience : Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role is preferred.
Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accurate records and inspect materials for quality and quantity.
Physical Fitness : Capable of lifting and moving heavy items, as well as standing for extended periods.
Team Player : Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Organizational Skills : Proficient in organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
