Systems integration is an interdisciplinary field of engineering and engineering management that focuses on designing, integrating, and managing complex systems to ensure they meet the technical and performance requirements and can be demonstrated as safe and ready to operate.

This is not an IT nor software development position.

This role is a key member of an exciting infrastructure project. The successful applicant will be responsible for a major transit infrastructure project's overall systems engineering, integration, and modeling efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience working in alternative delivery and rail transportation projects.
• Experience and success mentoring junior staff.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• INCOSE (Certified Systems Engineering Professional [CSEP]) certification (strongly desired)
• OMG (OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional [OCSMP]) certification (strongly desired)
• Leadership or active engagement in a related professional organization.

Responsibilities:

· Delivery of all project SE documentation and deliverables.

· Management of a team of approximately ten SE professionals.

· Reporting and progress updates with the client.

· Management of scope, task orders, and budgets.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
