Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our rotating equipment service business by developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth . The ideal candidate will work closely with our engineering and field service teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customers' operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within rotating equipment services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
- Account Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and service support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on performance metrics.
- Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and field service teams to develop customized solutions.
- Understand and communicate Unico’s technical capabilities and service offerings.
- Gather customer feedback to help refine and improve service solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing customer accounts.
Rotating Equipment Knowledge : Familiarity with pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and other industrial machinery is preferred.
Strong Communication & Negotiation : Ability to clearly present solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
Industrial Experience : Background in industrial services, manufacturing, power generation, or mechanical equipment is a plus.
Team-Oriented Approach : Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and field service teams.
