SALARY

$74,000 - $86,000 annually for candidates in Washington state.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Treasury Analyst will contribute to the company’s success by completing day-to-day treasury functions with a focus on banking administration and cash movement. This position will be a critical member of our small treasury team that ensures strong internal controls around our monetary assets and access to banking platforms.  The position will have the opportunity to interface with various internal functional teams and external banking relationships.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Banking Administrator for numerous online banking platforms.
• Assist Treasury Manager with opening/closing bank accounts and maintain signature cards for multiple banks.
• Assist with cash movement such as book transfers, wire transfers, and other electronic payments.
• Actively monitors and responds to Treasury support tickets within our ticketing platform.
• Completes monthly reimbursement and reconciliation processes including posting of receipts, manual checks, and bank fees.
• Monitors and resolves any overdrafts, ACH positive pay exceptions, check positive pay exceptions.
• Assists with corporate credit card administration.
• Performs banking setup in our accounting system.
• Assists in maintaining our lists of bank users, credentials, and bank directory.
• Assists with assigned projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 1-3 years of banking, treasury, or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This position is in a standard office environment with desktop business equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate. Frequent interruptions are common, while under deadlines and time constraints.
