**Job Summary:**
Under the direct supervision of the F&B Manager/Supervisor, this position involves mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of the bar at Unicoi State Park & Lodge.
**Qualifications:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements include knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role.
**Responsibilities:**
- Takes orders and serves food according to service standards.
- Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine, draught, or bottled beer.
- Collects payment for drinks served.
- Requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display.
- Prepares garnishes such as fruit slices.
- Replenishes bar snacks.
- Informs guests of promotional activities.
- Adheres to Accounting practices and standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet.
- Coordinates with the kitchen for food preparation and serving.
- Handles bar closures and ensures proper storage and lockup procedures.
- Monitors customer alcohol consumption responsibly.
- Complies with state laws and regulations.
