The selected candidate will perform the following duties :
The ADABAS Database Administrator is quarter-time, 10 hours per week. An ADABAS database administrator is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and tuning on the database subsystems the mainframe. They need to know the database utilities and third-party products. They must ensure the environment is properly backed up, apply ongoing maintenance, apply emergency fixes, and support Disaster Recovery exercises
