This position is Hybrid- Resource may be requested to be onsite 3 days a week.
Salary Range : $127k-$137k
The selected candidate will perform the following duties :
Daily Tasks Performed
1. Manage the design, development & implementation of the Dealer Communication system across multiple business areas.
2. Maintain a high performing team comprised of associate, contingent staff members, and vendor partners.
3. Achieve the Unit goals for the Project Delivery of the DCS system as approved annually : including schedule, budget and quality commitments, and define and implement the processes and methodologies to enable robust delivery and operation of complex, large-scale dealer-facing applications in a multi-partner ecosystem.
What will this person be working on
- The Consumer and Dealer Applications Department of client is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sr. Project Manager who will lead the project team in alignment with the department and business unit objectives.
- The Sr. Project Manager will provide governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, administrative direction, and leadership guidance and support for members of his / her team. This role will be working closely with multiple areas - (Sales, Parts, Service, Finance etc.), in addition to managing vendor suppliers. Reporting to the Dealer Applications Unit Lead, this role will be responsible for working with all levels of business and technical management and teams to guide the delivery of both strategic and tactical projects.
- This is a leadership position, and this individual is responsible for project managing a team focused on delivering a high-quality Dealer Communication System (DCS) that meets current and future dealer and business needs. The candidate must exhibit drive, thought leadership and have very strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions, including understanding business and technical aspects of the system and navigating a highly complex multi-organization ecosystem. In addition to project managing the development of the DCS, this individual will also be involved in developing and delivering proposals, dashboards, and presentations to all levels of business and management.
