The Opportunity to Make a Difference
- Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract the best talent.
- Facilitate candidate debrief meetings with members of the interview team, providing valuable insights and guidance. Act as an advisor to the business, utilizing the interview rubric to make well-informed hiring recommendations.
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Inform and educate passive talent about client's mission while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Effectively communicate the value of client and current opportunities. You'll be the ambassador of our brand, showcasing the exciting possibilities within our organization.
- Collaborate with Compensation to understand client's compensation philosophy to attract and hire talent that aligns with and contributes to the client culture.
- Consult with the Compensation team to determine recommended compensation packages to secure top talent.
