IT Systems Analyst - Waltham, MA

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to join our team to help support a diverse portfolio of Research & Development and Enterprise applications. In this position, you will primarily focus on GxP-validated computer systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for GxP-validated computer systems, ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Maintain user accounts for GxP and Non-GxP applications, ensuring security and access management protocols are maintained.
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, fostering strong relationships for effective problem-solving.
• Partner with Quality to ensure appropriate change management processes are followed.
• Assist with testing, implement upgrades, and update documentation, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• This is a hybrid role that requires three days of onsite presence in Waltham. We value flexibility and will work with you to accommodate your personal schedule while ensuring that onsite needs are met.
