Quality Complaints Associate
Shift schedule: Monday-Friday 9am -5 pm
3 month assignment
Job will be to review and approve parent complaint records in our quality management system. They might be asked to do batch record retrieval, and sample inspections as well but this would be minimal.

Responsibilities-
- Complaint Handling: Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and processes. This includes conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, including complaint logs, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all quality processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice small details and ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools-i.e. MS 365
