· Manage LMS administration, including training roles, assignments, and curricula updates.
· Training management experience in pharmaceutical
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training and development within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design principles, including ADDIE
- Experience in adult education and employee orientation programs
- Ability to manage talent and performance effectively
- Proficient in using learning technologies, such as Adobe Captivate
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.69 - $57.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
