Fast paced Orange County property management corporation with portfolio of detached residences, condominiums, professional office space & industrial warehouses is seeking a dependable Property Manager, Leasing/Maintenance Coordinator, and Property Manager's Assistant to join our OC team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of daily property operations with sense of urgency.
- Respond to tenant & vendor requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
- Conduct market surveys, property inspections & sustain property condition database.
- Coordinate maintenance & vacant showing schedules for tenants, vendors & prospects.
- Prepare leases, notices & misc. correspondence with tenants, vendors & staff.
- Maintain utility, tax, insurance, lock-box, advertising & prospect logs.
- Assist accounts receivable & accounts payable functions.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Proficient in MicroSoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to prioritize concurrent projects, think critically & problem solve.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing residential or commercial property.
- Possess good verbal & written communication skills, positive attitude & an attention to detail.
- Programming HTML, Excel macros, and/or Visual Basic would be helpful, but not required.
