Job Title: Agility Admin/Tech Lead with PowerApps
Location: Woodlawn, MD(hybrid)
NOTE : Only 70miles distance fromWoodlawn, MD is considered
Key Required Skills: Strong knowledge of managing & optimizing Agility infrastructure, SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps development expertise.
Position Description:
Work in DevOps Environment.
Participate in daily Scrum and provide updates.
Manage and optimize the Agility infrastructure.
Implement and maintain measures to protect organizational data assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure administrative support is provided.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced system efficiency.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance.
Mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance on best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
Participate in agile project management to support IT infrastructure projects.
Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system operations.
Skills Requirements:
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS(Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
Master's or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
8 years of experience
Combined experience using: Agility, PowerApps and SharePoint development.
5 years of experience on an Agile development team
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

Experience with modern development software, tools, and methodologies; Jenkins, Splunk, Git/Bitbucket, Jira/VersionOne, Nexus, Maven, Jenkins, OpenShift, XML/XSLT, Visual VM/Eclipse Profiler (Java performance monitoring tool), Amazon Web Services (S3), BDD (Cucumber or similar)
Experience working on Agile projects and understanding Agile terminology.
Experience with Linux environments.
Excellent communication and written skills
Agile certifications preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
