Job title: Operations Support Specialist - III
Location: Hartford, CT
Job description:
- The role will be based out of Hartford CT and follow the current hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office (Wednesday being one of them) and 2 days from home.
- Manage and process daily intake of underwriting activity.
- Support Financial Professionals submission of underwriting documentation via workflow, emails and phone interviews with goal to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Responsible for tracking and capturing daily work product with Service Levels.
Skills:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing multiple computer administrative systems and Microsoft Excel.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
