What You ll Do:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis Capture, deep dive, and analyze client requirements related to Material Management, MDM, Bill of Materials, and Suppliers.
- Stakeholder Liaison Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of business needs.
- Process Documentation & Functional Flows Create workflows, charts, and use case documents using tools like Visio or Concept Draw to represent business processes.
- Wireframing & UI Requirements Collaborate with UX designers to define UI requirements and validate wireframes with clients.
- Business-Technical Coordination Translate functional requirements into technical workflows for offshore development teams.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support Assist in defining requirements and updates for PLM applications (Flex PLM experience beneficial).
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Preparation Define acceptance criteria and support testing processes.
What We re Looking For:
Business Process Expertise Strong experience in Business Architecture, Business Process Design, and Mapping.
Material & Supply Chain Knowledge 8-10 years of experience working with Products, Materials, Bill of Materials, Suppliers, and PLM applications.
Visual Documentation Skills Proficiency in tools like Visio, Concept Draw for diagrammatic representation of workflows.
Wireframing & UI Understanding Basic experience in wireframing and defining UI specifications.
Communication & Soft Skills Exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
Requirement Elicitation & Documentation Strong ability to capture, analyze, document, and playback requirements effectively.
Collaboration & Coordination Experience working with project managers, product owners, developers, and offshore teams.
