This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of tires while maintaining safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize storage capacity and ensure accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of products to meet customer and business demands.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency.
- Create and manage schedules, ensuring adequate staff coverage to meet workload demands.
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve warehouse operations and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the tire industry.
- Bilingual candidates who speak English and Spanish are highly preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Ability to lift and move items as needed and work in a physically demanding environment.
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and physical activity.
- May require occasional overtime to meet operational demands.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
