Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using G-code or similar programming languages.
- Set up CNC machines, including tool changes and fixture adjustments.
- Perform quality control inspections on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience, with expertise in programming and setup.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ISO 9000/9001 standards is a plus.
