Do you want to be more than just a clinician – but a visionary leader, dedicated to helping children with autism reach their fullest potential? At UNIFI Autism Care, we are looking for dynamic, compassionate professionals who are ready to inspire, guide, and create real change. Step into a leadership role where your expertise and compassion will make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families.

Why UNIFI?

At UNIFI, we don’t just look at today – we prepare children for all their tomorrows. We see autism as a whole-child condition, one that requires a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to support not just the child, but the family as well.

Our “WHOLE LIFE” philosophy drives everything we do. We develop a LIFE PLAN for each child that emphasizes function, family, fitness, and future. This plan honors individuality, builds on strengths, promotes resilience, and cultivates the functional skills needed for lifelong success.

We’re more than a team – we’re a community where every member thrives. If you’re passionate, creative, and ready to lead with compassion, your talents will help shape better outcomes for our patients. Discover the fulfillment that comes from being part of a team that’s transforming lives through innovative ABA therapy.

  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic, team-based approach to patient care.
  • Innovate Treatment Plans: Collaborate with our Programming BCBAs to develop and implement dynamic, individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Make a Real Impact: Get hands-on by supporting your patients and their RBTs in a variety of settings – therapy centers, homes, schools, and community locations.
