Job Summary
As an Airport Customer Service Agent at Unifi, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires a friendly and outgoing personality to provide exceptional customer service. You will assist passengers with baggage issues, resolve complaints, and utilize computer software to track luggage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Handle customer interactions with class in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
- Maintain a safe working environment by being aware of moving vehicles or aircraft and using radio equipment.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a local resident (in-state).
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid In-State Driver's License necessary.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 required.
- Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security necessary.
