We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Airport Customer Service Agent to provide first-class customer service to our passengers.

- Assist passengers with baggage pick-up.
- Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Handle customer interaction with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must be a local resident of Ohio.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid In-State Driver's License required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training for airport authority identification security.
