Customer Service Role at Unifi
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Use computer software to track and catalog luggage in an efficient and effective manner.
- Provide first-class customer service to everyone, handling interactions with class and professionalism.
- Lift/carry/push/pull items of 70 pounds or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Requirements
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid In-State Drivers License necessary.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport authority identification security required.
