Job Description
As an Airport Ramp Agent with Unifi, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport ground crew. This involves loading and unloading aircraft, handling baggage and cargo, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading aircraft safely and efficiently
- Handling baggage and cargo to ensure it reaches its destination on time
- Providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our airline partners and passengers
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be a local resident
- Valid In-State Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
