Brand Sales Manager
We are seeking a Brand Sales Manager in Greensboro, NC.
How will you play an integral role?
The Brand Sales Manager’s objective is to increase the sales of Unifi’s Premium Value Added (PVA) products through effective market analysis, promotion, and sales activities while supporting the corporate strategic direction and aligning marketing business plans, whether domestic or international with the organizational objectives.
This role will focus on the insulation market, aiming to elevate the sales of Unifi’s ThermaLoop™ insulation across all domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand Unifi’s business development opportunity pipeline specifically within the insulation markets.
- Perform analysis to determine market needs/potential for existing and new products.
- Utilize existing industry contacts to create sales leads and explore development opportunities.
- Develop marketing and sales plans in support of organizational strategies and objectives and coordinate these plans with the direct sales force.
- Demonstrate innovative and creative methods to the marketing, promotion, and sales of Unifi products and develop and execute these activities and methods.
- Create tools needed to present, sell, and promote current product lines.
- Plan and participate in the promotion of Unifi products at trade and industry shows.
- Maintain technical knowledge of the textile and apparel industry in order to allow effective communication with customers, sales force, manufacturers, and retailers.
- Remain knowledgeable and understand trends and trend dynamics and translate these into characteristics that can be tested, developed and marketed by Unifi.
Are you qualified for the position?
Education
- A bachelor's degree is required. Preferred fields of study are business, marketing, textiles, polymer science, material science, or technical fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in insulation markets required.
- Knowledge and experience of insulation markets (apparel, equipment, home, footwear, etc.).
Skills/Abilities
- Must have extensive contacts and relationships within insulation markets.
- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills required.
- High energy level with superior interpersonal, relationship, and listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 60% both domestically and internationally between customers, trade events, conferences, suppliers, or global Unifi sites.
