ERMC Aviation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. This is a full-time position where you'll handle customer orders, manage documents, and keep our systems running smoothly.
The selected candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Description
ERMC Aviation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. This is a full-time position where you'll handle customer orders, manage documents, and keep our systems running smoothly.
The selected candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process customer orders and check invoices
- Handle phone calls and emails from customers and team members
- Update our customer database (CRM)
- Create sales reports
- Prepare price quotes and proposals
- Manage our social media accounts
- *Some travel may be required
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- CRM software
- Good at organizing and prioritizing work
- Comfortable meeting deadlines
- Clear communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
- Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
- Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
- Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
- Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
