Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for delivering exceptional customer service.

Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure the station is meeting goals and objectives and takes corrective action as required.

Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, rules, standards, customer requirements, and governmental/regulatory requirements.

Participates in employee relations investigations when complaints arise and resolve issues professionally and timely.

Recruits new employees to ensure appropriate staffing, promotes team-building initiatives, and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.

Sets, measures, and manages the performance of self and others. Leads team members in achieving/exceeding operational and financial objectives and goals.

Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Requirements

Four years of relevant experience.

Relevant supervisory experience.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service skills

Must be able to lift/carry / push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and more regularly and repetitively lift 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.

Comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions
Pre-requisites:

Must be a local (in-state) resident.

Valid In-State Driver's License.

High School diploma or GED.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
- Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
