The Role :
As Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving service revenue growth through lead generation, qualification, and closing of sales. In doing so, you will develop a territory sales plan utilizing marketing, distribution, and direct sales resources to set up new accounts and expand existing account services. You will call on existing equipment scale customers, previous service customers, and new prospective customers.
What A Day In The Life Is Like :
1. Open New Accounts and Increase Market Share
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation : Spend part of your day connecting with potential customers, introducing them to UniFide CST's service offerings. You’ll also follow up on warm leads and referrals to grow your territory
- Expanding Existing Accounts : Leverage relationships with current clients to identify new service opportunities. Share tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
- Achieve Sales Targets : Develop and execute a business / territory marketing plan to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Identify Key Accounts : Research and maintain a pipeline of present and future key accounts, keeping all data up-to-date in the CRM system
