To provide construction quality management/construction quality assurance for repair, renovation, and modernization projects for Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS., but may perform temporary QA work at various locations as needed
- Period of Performance Base Contract: Provide the CQM/ QA Support Services for Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, for the period of 16 February 2025 through 15 February 2026.
- Period of Performance Option Year #1: Provide the CQM/ QA Support Services for Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base for the period of 16 February 2026 through 15 February 2027.
- Period of Performance Option Year #2: Provide the CQM/ QA Support Services for Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base for the period of 16 February 2027 through 15 February 2028.
- CQM
- A minimum of ten years of relevant field experience working in building construction/renovation/ modernization and shall have prior experience utilizing and participating in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Three-Phase Inspection Process as well as prior experience utilizing and following USACE EM 385-1-1, Safety and Health Requirements Manual
- Letter of Commitment, signed
