We have an immediate opening for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR & Recruiting division.
The ideal candidate must have skills encompassing full life cycle recruiting, networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring prospective employees through cost-effective and timely methods for open positions within the Continental US as well as Outside the Continental US.
Job Qualifications :
- Must have a minimum of five years of staffing and recruiting experience
- Experience handling concurrent geographically dispersed job positions
- Must have a strong ability to think outside. No Box required
- Innovative, intuitive and creative approaches to hiring qualified candidates
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Influencing abilities and negotiation skills
