What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Installer I position at Unified Communications Technologies, LLC?
GENERAL JOB ACTIVITIES:
As a Field Technician, you will be focused on new installations of our coax and fiber to the home broadband service. A company vehicle will assist you to go to customers and represent the Company in the community. You will be trained to perform a variety of duties including coax installation, change of service, disconnection of service, and potential special requests from customers.

SPECIFIC JOB ACTIVITIES:
Install drop installations (exterior and interior) from company system to customer equipment.
Work on new connections, reconnections, upgrades and downgrades of service.
Work with connectors, fasteners, coax cable, fiber optics, wire and hand tools. Use hand and power tools to accomplish tasks.
Install connectors on different types of cables; Lift and carry loads up to 75lbs.
Drive company vehicles; may use bucket truck. Proper vehicle upkeep and maintenance.
Give general assistance to other team members as needed.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
