Job Description
The Direct Support Professional will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, leisure activities, and transportation. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with no restrictions, and a clean motor vehicle record with 2 or less points. You must also be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and demonstrate basic computer skills using an electronic record/medication administration system.
