Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and participate in recreational activities
- Transport individuals within the community
- Maintain cleanliness of residences, prepare meals, and manage laundry
- Oversee overall health, including medication management and medical appointments
- Document work progress in an electronic records system
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements for Employment:
- COVID-19 Vaccine
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with 2 or less points and no driving restrictions or DUI violations in the last 7 years
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Required Skills:
- Effective communication (verbal and written) with individuals, healthcare professionals, and coworkers in English
- Basic computer skills using electronic record and medication administration systems
- Math skills to administer medications safely
- Safe transportation of individuals and staff
- Physical ability to push, pull, and bend up to 50 pounds unassisted
Shifts Available:
- Full-time and part-time positions available on Monday through Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Morning, evening, night, and overnight shifts available
