The Enclosure Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials and components used in the production of enclosures. This role ensures timely delivery of materials to the production line, proper inventory management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

Material Handling & Distribution:
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished enclosure products between workstations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line to prevent downtime.

Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of enclosure materials and report shortages to the appropriate department.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.

Loading & Unloading:
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against shipping documents.

Organization & Storage:
- Organize materials in the warehouse or staging areas to ensure accessibility and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Label and store materials according to company protocols.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Complete and maintain records of material transactions, such as receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Generate reports related to material usage and inventory discrepancies.

Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow company policies and procedures for material handling and storage.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are delivered as needed to avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address material-related issues.
Who You Are:
- Prior experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to [weight limit] lbs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
