We’re seeking a talented Material Handler/Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team and help us craft high-quality products. You will oversee and keep records of all shipping. More specifically, you will be responsible for organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another.

What You’ll Do:
- Obtain and process product orders.
- Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments.
- Monitor company packages from start to finish, ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices.
- Update inventory records and compile weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
- Make sure all items are packaged correctly.
- Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers.
- Assisting workers in loading and unloading trucks.
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
- Driving different types of heavy equipment (i.e. trucks, forklift, etc.)
- Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Who You Are:
- May occasionally be required to handle items that weigh in excess of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass MVR and drive.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate the English language. and follow verbal and written instruction.
- Must have customer service skills.
- Must be able to work as a part of a team and independently.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to follow all safety regulations.
- Good time-management skills.
